LaunchGTAIV.exe is equal to the one from the previous stone old Razor update (1.0.4.0 aka Grand_Theft_Auto_IV_v1.0.4.0_Update-RazorDOX). To everyone who wants to praise Razor1911 for the awesome job, hold your horses guys.
